                                                            Job Description

  • Market knowledge of English Language exams eg. IELTS, TOEFL, PTE & GRE
  • It requires strategic planning, understanding the market and competition, have extensive network with elite schools countrywide, top Universities, colleges, vocational institutions and training agencies.
  • She/he should be process driven adhering to company policies and ensuring adoption of best practices. Should be able to identify with internal and global compliance
  • Should possess good communication skills, able to converse with Principals/managing board members/university professors and similar educational individuals and bodies.
  • Should demonstrate leadership qualities by setting precedence and leading new initiatives
  • Should be willing to travel PAN India
  • Communicate and build brand image of the organisation
  • Should be familiar with on-line communication and reporting tools – requires good familiarity with spreadsheets, emails, word processors and technology based applications

  • Conduction of seminars in schools, colleges, language teaching agencies – based on targets and beyond
  • Handling A-Z of the activity assigned
  • Adhering to reporting formats and processes

  • Correct and fair reporting of activities by self and of the team members (if assigned) – as per organisational norms
  • Time and expense management of self and the team (if assigned)
